Complaints we handle
Intellectual property complaints about hosted content:
- Trademark infringement
- Copyright infringement
Abuse and policy violations:
- Phishing
- Scams or fraud
- Malware
- Illegal or prohibited content
- Domain proxy or privacy service claims, where applicable
- Court disputes or UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy) matters
- Breaches of our legal policies
What to include in your complaint
- Your name and contact details
- The domain, IP address or URL the complaint relates to
- A clear description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, documents)
- For IP complaints, proof of your rights and a statement of good faith
How we handle it
In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and work to resolve it within 15 days of receipt. Complex cases may take longer, and we will keep you updated on progress.
